Creative Lighting

The use of creative lighting at weddings and other celebrations can do wonders for the look and feel of a wedding or event.  Lighting can evoke an atmosphere of romance and elegance, or can enhance the vibe for a party.  The choices of how to use lighting are endless, and it’s one of our favorite design elements to incorporate.

In the wedding below at the Phoenix Art Museum, we used pink up lighting around the room, and used lights underneath the guest table centerpieces.  The atmosphere created was modern and clean, and the lights highlighted the beautiful artwork in the room.

To light up the back yard wedding reception below, we used tons of candles on the tables and ran string lights over all the guest tables and dance floor.

In the wedding below at El Chorro, the all white wedding was lit from above by a mixture of delicate crystal chandeliers and rustic wrought iron candle chandeliers with strings of crystals.  The white walls and ceilings, along with the natural light, helped to create a light and crisp atmosphere in the room.

“Glow” was the theme for the Bar Mitzvah pictured below at the Westin Kierland.  All colors of uplighting were used throughout the night, along with glow elements throughout the entire room.  Even the DJ booth was lit up to make the party glow.

Sometimes a client wants lighting that is completely unique and out of the box.  For the wedding below at The Ice House in Phoenix, we build custom hanging lights from old Pepsi boxes.  For the ceremony, we hung one giant crystal chandelier above the center to give it a bit of a vintage feel amongst the urban bricks.
